“Perfect Accomodations”
Reviewed 1 August 2013 for a stay in July 2013

Really nice accommodations & the staff was amazing, going out of their way to help in any way possible.

Easy access to Jiminy Peak, which was full of activities for the family.

Highly recommended!

“Wonderful vacation for all, by Jiminy!!”
Reviewed 31 January 2013 for a stay in December 2012

We spent time at Bentley Brook with "Kids" and the "Grands". Loved the 2BR, 2B with full K and really nice LR. Immaculate, extremely well equipped and spacious. The convenience of having the ski slopes right outside our door was perfect. Snacks and lunch were available at anytime, ski down, just remove your skis and pop in. There really was something for everyone. It was great to be able to go to the pool without having to leave the building. You could sit and relax poolside while the youngsters swam, first in and then out into the freezing cold. Next thing you'd see them run from the outdoor pool to the hot tub. BRRRR!! They had a blast. It is a place that is really nice for all, even for non-skiers. I liked just relaxing in the room with a book and waiting for the skiers to come back in. You can't do that when your room isn't on the slopes! Having breakfast and lunch in the room saved a few dollars. Christiansen's Tavern served very good food and had a nice atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and would return whenever we could.

“Great Location in Berkshires”
Reviewed 18 November 2012 for a stay in November 2012

Wonderful location if you ski! In-door/out-door heated pool was really nice. Hot tubs were great, but small. There was one huge hot tub you could almost swim in! Small exercise room in the building where I stayed, but I didn't have to share as it was in-between seasons, also had a steam room in it. Large 2 bedroom unit with TV's in living room and both bedrooms. Reception not the greatest on all stations as you are in the mountains. Plenty to do if you want to drive. Upon sign in you receive a a list of activities for the week along with a list of "places" to visit. Not all are open year round, check before you go. Had a great time. Would recommend for skiing, sight seeing, leaf peeping, resting!

Liked best: The property wasn't full so didn't have to share the gym/pool/hot tubs with many.
Liked least: Had to travel to buy anything you needed. Bring food.

“Very nice stay”
Reviewed 29 October 2012 for a stay in October 2012

My brother and his wife wanted to meet my husband and me for a reunion, midway between our homes, and this destination fit the bill. I rented a three day weekend from an owner, and we were very satisfied. I have stayed at Wyndham properties before and we already knew the accommodations would be nice.

We had a two bedroom two bath unit with a living room, kitchen and dining area. The master suite included a king bed, a bath tub and shower, and the second bedroom had two queen beds and a bathroom off the hall. The second bedroom is almost as big as the master bedroom, which makes it a good unit for two adult couples. ( in some timeshares the second bedroom is small.) The unit was clean, well appointed and comfortable, fully stocked with all cleaning products and other needs.

We felt very comfortable and relaxed in the setting, and we spent most of our time in the unit in the evenings, and we cooked as well. Everything worked well, and we had no complaints. The front desk staff were very pleasant and answered all my questions. If I had anything negative to say, it would only be that the heating/AC unit was a little loud, and the kitchen dishwasher was very loud, but since everything worked well, these weren't huge issues.

During the two full days, we went to Shaker Village and the Norman Rockwell Museum. Both were great attractions.

We would definitely stay again for another reunion.
