Our room was very clean and you couldn’t ask for a better location. The staff were very friendly as well. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve been in but it was OK.
The continental breakfast was pretty good too. I’d definitely return here or recommend it to others.More

We were only here one night but would definitely go back. The views of the ocean were beautiful. The reception area was clean and the little dog was very welcoming! The room was super clean and big with 2 big windows facing the ocean (across from Good Harbor Beach) and a front door of the room that when you went outside had a little table and chairs to sit and look at the ocean. Price was great too!

Well run, clean, helpful desk, they arranged our whale watch tour about 3 times for me (sorry for being a pain). Nice view, convenient location, polite and helpful breakfast person, got to eat outdoors under an umbrella. They recommended a seafood restaurant that was exactly what I wanted (on the dock, informal, good food).

My husband and I love this wonderful place across from Good Harbor Beach! Great views from every room. Grounds and rooms are immaculate and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! We visit many times each summer!

Location; rooms are clean ; staff is friendly and attentive. We had some young kids pile rocks outside our room during the evening hours this trip and by morning the staff already had it cleared away so that we could enjoy our coffee on the patio with the spectacular view of Good Harbor Beach!

We had a wonderful experience! The view is outstanding as are the grounds. The pool area as well as our room were immaculately clean. Cant say enough about the staff either, friendly, accommodating yet very professional. We have driven by so often going to the beach never realizing what a little gem it is.
