We usually only stay one night so we do not have to drive home and back. It is clean and the staff are friendly. There is a small breakfast available which is complementary. If you can not stay on the beach, this hotel is near plenty or restaurants and shopping. They have two pools indoor/out door which is great for the kids. We have stayed here twice and plan to come back since the price is good. A bit out dated fixtures but for the most part very clean.

Thank you very much for the review - we try, each off-season, to update/upgrade a part of the property and will continue that progress each year. We're glad you return to enjoy our hotel's cleanliness, and the area. We hope you'll visit again soon!

Traveling with a 17 month old toddler and with spouse who insists on cleanliness can be taxing. This time I made her choose a hotel and to my delight this was within the budget and super clean.
Bonus one overlooks the pool area from a private patio. The front desk was super helpful.
Note we started in main building in a deluxe 2queen bed on Labor Day weekend. Also was convenient to catch the “island queen” ferry as it was 4min drive.

Room tip: Try and get room in main building.

The room was well set up, breakfast was good, service was good, fitness room good and pool enjoyable. Everything we needed! It isn't fancy but it didn't need to be. Staff were nice and enjoyable and the TV was easy to work too!

Room was fine. Clean and no issues. We were able to grab a bagel and walk down to the Finish line of the Race which was the reason we were in Falmouth. We would stay here again. Convenient location for stores & Restaurants

Ok this hotel isn't the Ritz, but you can't find a hotel in falmouth for a greater value. I've been staying in falmouth for years and its a shame I've never started here before.

1. Where else can you find both an indoor AND outdoor pool AND a indoor jacuzzi. Both pools were large, plenty of outdoor lounge chairs, and most importantly SUPER pristine. Yeah, the pool towels were large enough to only dry my leg, but use a few or bring your own. There are tables with umbrellas outside as well as a huge gazebo with chairs if shade is your thing.

2. The room: we had a "courtside" view, which means one door to the parking and one door to the pool. The rooms were very spacious, clean, comes with fridge and microwave. Not too many outlets in the room, but I always travel with an extension cord anyway.

3. LOCATION!!!! Right across (walking) to stop and shop and ocean state job lot. Walk or drive to Walmart and Shaw’s which on the map is right behind the hotel. Dollar tree is right nearby. There is a Starbucks and dunks and McDonalds right near by. A few minutes drive to the beaches, MV ferries, and about 15-20 mins to Old Silver beach for the best sunset Falmouth has to offer. There’s papa Gino’s pizza and friendlys right up the street for cheap quick eats, and Casa Vallarta if you want margs and Mexican.

4. Free continental breakfast. Cereals, juices, waffles, bananas, and some days some eggs, tea/coffee. Keyword is FREE, it’s not IHOP, or a 5 star hot breakfast, but enough to get something in your stomach to start your day. And best part about it, it’s free, you don’t pay for it, if you don’t like it, Moonakis is a great breakfast joint about 10-15 mins down the road.

5. Other: All the staff was super nice too. We checked out at 11, but was welcomed to stay and use the pool. They offer discount parking passes to local beaches.

A lot of bad reviews seemed to complain about breakfast and towels, oh well they’re free, not enough outlets, bring an extension cord, and people having to walk to the pool/breakfast from annex, just drive then.

Thanks for a great stay!
