Deliciously creative! We all ordered from the prix fixe menu and were happy with every choice. To begin, reservation at 5:30 and seated promptly in one of the historically quaint dining rooms. Server knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, exactly what you hope for, then...excellent wine and drinks and our appetizers, "beet the goat" good but needed a drizzle of glaze, Caesar salad good, and clam chowder flatbread excellent, then entrees, two with petite filet, medium rare, both happy, cooked perfectly, "frites" excellent, not one left on the plate, one with chicken entree, also happy, AND our vegetarian was happiest of all, an excellent entree of tofu and vegetables seasoned impeccably, excellent flavor, she will bring us all back again, so nice to be in a place that creates an actual vegetarian experience versus a tasteless portobello burger or pasta primavera, lastly dessert so good!!! Kudos to the chef, we will be back!

Outstanding cuisine, excellent presentation, attentive service in a lovely traditional, well decorated atmosphere. Good wine list—outstanding by Cape standards. Wonderful spot for a romantic evening …or just a great meal out with friends as shown by the Dad and adult son at an adjacent table.

Not at all pricy for what you get and especially if you arrive prior to 6pm for the three course “light’ tasting menu. It wasn’t designed for lumberjacks, but is certainly not “light” meaning insubstantial—more elegant than “light”. Highly recommended.

Dinner at The Bramble Inn is delicious, the service faultless. Ruth is a most talented chef and her accolades are well deserved. Cliff is a fantastic host; they are a dream team. Try the foie gras slider or asparagus to start. The rack of lamb is heavenly and try the carrot cake, the best.

Dined here with friends last week. Nice setting in cozy historic inn. Friendly owners/servers. Seemed like only one waiter for restaurant as wait time was very long for dinner (drink orders quicker). Food tasty and liked by all. I ordered diver scallops and was shocked to see 3-4 scallops all alone on a plate with the exception of a thimble size dollop of Thai rice on either side. This was $32!!!! Thank goodness my friends shared a bit of their meals with me.
