We had been trying to visit this location for a couple of years but were never in the area during the right season, but today we managed to stop and visit. Even though they are open all summer, they do close at 4 pm, so we still just made it. The lighthouse is in great shape and beautifully cared for. You cannot climb it, which is disappointing, but as the volunteer explained it is for insurance reasons. A very nice visit!
