The Rooms were very clean and comfortable to stay in, Coffee available, Microwave, Small Fridge too. Bathroom very clean too. The King size bed was very comfortable. The grounds were neat & clean, secured lot with cameras. Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable
The front desk lady was fantastic. She accommodated us with an ADA room. Very polite. Rooms were comfortable clean and pleasant. I read a lot of the nasty reviews some people left but not once did I encounter that. I did see a rude older gentleman checking in and again the front desk person remained professional
We’ve been coming to USA Inn for years. Always a pleasant stay. The inn is located in an easy access spot, on 1, a straight drive to the beach. and places to eat; access to movie theater, supermarket through back road. Rooms are clean, amenities sufficient for our needs. Price is right , staff is friendly and helpful. We’ll be back!

Had I realized this hotel had new owners would not have stayed, will not be returning. We had stayed at USA Inn years ago, previous owners kept hotel neat and clean. It could be a very nice hotel, great location but rooms are in dire need of updated. Carpeting was old and near the sink carpet was constantly damp. Need to get rid of little flees (like fruit flies or nats).
