This is a wonderful hotel. Staff was efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and extra towels were in the room as requested. Even though the hotel was sold out when didn't hear anything and sleep soundly. Breakfast was well stocked and refreshed.

I stayed here for 2 nights back in April and although I wasn’t thrilled, it seemed like the best option in town. Had reason to be in the area again with my family so we checked in today with 2 connecting rooms. Both rooms smell horribly from smoke. We complained and were told that people smoke in their cars a lot here and the smell transfers to the rooms. Uhm even if a person smells like smoke, it should not permeate a properly cleaned room. The rooms are decently clean, nothing special. However the bed squeaks if you so much as lift a body part. So here I sit awake, listening to the bed squeak. This hotel also still does not offer daily house keeping again. Perhaps if they cleaned more often the smoke smell would dissipate. It’s time for me to find a new hotel in the area.
This was our second stay here. The price nearly doubled in a year. Seems like all the hotel chains are trying to recover Covid losses before the recession. The check in staff was great and fast. I have to say this is the ugliest $450 room I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in hundreds. Definitely not worth the price.

I apologize that you were not happy with the décor in the guest room you stayed in. Our pricing is based on guestroom hotel room supply and demand in the area as well as competitor pricing. We do understand that our price point may not be the best option for everyone.

Everyone was so courteous and hospitable. Spent a night here for a college tour. Staff was great. Room very clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again! Breakfast was great. Exceed our expectations.

The hotel room was clean very efficiently laid out. It had pretty much everything you needed and almost nothing you didn’t. Everyone seemed very nice. The breakfast was disappointing. Pretty poor quality food.

We had a great stay. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Even while working on a holiday. The room was clean and comfortable. I can’t say enough about the great pillows. I enjoyed the pool with my grandchildren.
