We stay in Ocean Park every year in the off season and this is in walking distance and very nice. I had the Tuna steak with garlic mashed potatoes and carrots. Tuna was cooked perfectly and the dish was very good. My companion had the haddock, very healthy piece with the same sides. Good dish as well. The only mistake we made was ordering the clam chowder. Horrible. $10 for each and one was filled full, one halfway , this shouldn't be a mistake that a restaurant like this makes. There was absolutely no flavor and too much pepper , inedible. Other than this, it was good. Service was good. It is a BYOB , so remember this if you would like some wine etc....

If you are staying at the Billowhouse in Ocean Park, this restaurant is LESS than a stone's throw away. It's a BYOB and gets pretty busy in the evening. Bright clean atmosphere. Good service. Very good food. Especially their seafood dishes. Desserts are OK. Bring a bottle of red and a bottle of white if you are not sure in advance what you will be ordering. There is no corkage fee.

The service we received this year was outstanding - thank you Jessica. Will likely continue to eat here on vacation as it is a walk from our cottage - but that is not exactly a ringing endorsement. Please stop serving carrots with every entree! There are many other seasonal vegetables to choose from, plus the carrots are monsters. Who grows a carrot that size?

First visit to Yellowfin's as we went with friends who had been before. They advertise "Casual Fine Dining", but other than perhaps casual there is nothing remotely close to fine dining. Our group split the calamari and mussel,s as appetizers and both were neither tasty or seemed fresh. Two roses of the lamb chops , a lobster over Fabio land a special blackened Mahi Mahi rounded out the entrees. The best comment was "it was okay". Bottom line nothing was satisfying as the lamb was under seasoned and just okay. The Mahi was also under seasoned and was neither fresh or pleasant to eat, lacking any flakiness or anything but a rubbery texture. The lobster meat was extremely sparse sprinkled over the over cooked and sitting in hot water tasteless ravioli. First time will be our last!

Returned for our annual visit looking forward to a great meal as we have had in the past and were sorely disappointed. Service, food and atmosphere were all terrible. The server was so frazzled that she ran around crazy the entire time we were there. Had to ask for a cork screw and lighter (to light the candles on our table). We were with a party of 6 and one of the filets came out raw. We sent it back and had to wait 10 minutes for a return - which is fine, mistakes happen but how about an apology? None of our meals was worth eating. The haddock was so over cooked it was rubber and the filet/ shrimp special was cold. The restaurant was freezing with the air blowing on our table the entire night. When we left at 9:30 there was an employee in an apron standing out front on her phone screaming and swearing at someone, which was just the icing on the cake. Sadly this place is not what it used to be. What was once a favorite spot is now a place we will not return to.
