We stayed for three nights in May and had a wonderful, peaceful vacation! The room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony was perfect for relaxing with a cocktail and snacks before heading out to dinner. Can't wait to go back!

We come here every year. The rooms are clean and spacious. We especially like having a refrigerator, microwave and a stove top (cook top). The pools are great and so is the hot tub. They are kept meticulously clean by Lenny. The Congdon's doughnuts for breakfast are amazing and so is the coffee, cereals and juices. It is near the trolley stop and a fairly close walk to Ogunquit. What more could you want? It is usually quiet, although the resort is usually filled. The property has just been sold, so there will be changes ahead.

Booked this place for a Memorial Day trip and a first visit to Ogunquit. The rate was pretty good but I was concerned about the Trip Advisor ranking of #37 out of 37 motels in Ogunquit. We decided to give it a try anyway and it worked out fine. We received a friendly greeting and an early check in. The room was a good size with plenty of space, a table and two chairs, an easy chair, a microwave, fridge and a nice outdoor porch from which we could see the ocean. Everything was clean though we did find some clothes on the closet floor from what I assume was the prior occupant.
Their amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a couple of hot tubs and rowboats and kayaks which you can use for free down in the inlet area at high tide. A nice feature is that when the tide is low enough you can walk across the inlet to the beach. It's also within walking distance to the beach if the tide is too high. It's about 10-15 minute walk into downtown Ogunquit and is across the street from a trolley stop. All in all, this worked out well for us on all levels. Thank you for contributing to a great weekend. We would happily stay here again.

I would not say the room was spectacular, but we had a kitchen and quite confortable bed, there is a gym and an indoor pool with a spa, it is located near by almost everything, good prices and friendly staff.

I went up with some of my close friends for the weekend. We are college aged kids so we were looking for a cheap place that looked reasonably nice when booking the trip. We were blown away with the size and quality of the rooms that we got. Management welcomed us with open arms. They have a great greenspace for fun activities and charcoal grills open for use - just make sure to bring some charcoal. They are in walking distance to a gorgeous public beach (about a mile up the road) or you can walk down to the hotel beach which also is nice. Great indoor and outdoor pools. Looking forward to going back next year for another reunion.
