Our stay at the Captain Fairfield Inn last month was the best experience I've ever had at a Bed and Breakfast, including a previous stay at the Captain Fairfield Inn under previous management. My wife and I go up to Kennebunkport a few times every year and like to try different places to stay, but we will always return to the Captain Fairfield Inn from now on. The rooms are a very pleasing mix of historical look and feel and modern comforts with big showers, gas fireplaces, and large, plush beds. More importantly, the food is delicious and served with warmth and hospitality we haven't seen in other B&Bs we've stayed at. Best of all - the maple scones they served one morning and were kind enough to give us the recipe for when we were leaving. Jed is a master chef and Alana is a sweetheart. As I said in the title, it's the best B&B you'll ever stay at.

We loved Captain Fairfield Inn so much! Fireplace in the room, incredibly comfortable bed, lovely decorating. The food was incredible - best breakfast we've ever had ANYWHERE! Alana and Jed are perfect Innkeepers and made the stay here charming in every possible way. Can't recommend it highly enough. We'll be back as soon as we can!

This Inn was everything you would dream of if you need a weekend away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are stunning, the beds make you want to sleep forever and the breakfast is the best I have ever had! The innkeepers are so accomodating and attend to your every need. I would (and have) recommended this Inn to anyone and I have traveled in Maine a lot!
