The food was fabulous and the staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back. We went to two other restaurants for dinner and wished we had ate here again twice. Loved it.

Great setting in an historic inn with soothing ambiance. Good wine list at reasonable prices. Mains of grilled pork chop and scallops were delicious, beautifully presented and fully consumed. Unfortunately the salmon was returned as the soy glaze was medicinally tasting and not to our liking.
Service was very professional and attentive.
Would recommend this restaurant and will return next time in Camden.

First the good stuff. Great food! Our meal was beautifully presented and delicious. Subtle flavours. I had the seared scallops with apple quinoa followed by the pork chops with mash and wilted kale. The chop was so tender. My wife had the Fall salad followed by hoisin glazed salmon with ginger rice and broccoli. On the downside we would have been happy if our dinner had taken longer! The courses came fast and furious and in a fine dining restaurant we would have expected a little more time between courses. Service was good but not special/

We liked the location of the place. Ample parking & everything is in walking distance. We had the Loft room which is in the back of the building which doesn’t get the main road noise. Room size was great. One has to be aware of getting in & out of the bed as it has a cathedral ceiling. Being 6’4” wasn’t an issue but just had to be aware of it at all times. My wife enjoyed having a large bathroom counter/sink top with 4 drawers. Night light in the bathroom was useful. There is a ceiling skylight just above the bed which has a shade that doesn’t stay closed. Thankfully I had tape to keep it shut. ( will mention to mgmt. in the AM). We had an issue with the 1st morning housekeeping. At breakfast our server ask if they could make up our room. We had declined as we were almost finished with our breakfast. After returning from our day we found that the room wasn’t made up. Not sure if we needed to alert the staff when we left for day. Typically we don’t when staying elsewhere. Not a deal breaker- as we would definitely recommend this B&B.
