Hard to find at first, since it’s actually in the basement. Fun college atmosphere, friendly owners, good Mexican food... the nachos are plentiful. Interesting margaritas... try the Tarantula, it’s delicious! Steak tip stir fry is my go to.. full of tender beef and fresh veggies. Trivia night is Thursday so expect it to be crowded. We haven’t won yet, but we keep trying!

I was just looking for some dinner and saw this place. Not much good to say. Service was terrible. I took my meatloaf home. My dog loved it. Me, not so much. Drinks watered down/tasteless. Obviously I wouldn't go back and wouldn't encourage others to try it. I should have known better than to wander into a Mex/Irish combo. This place does neither well at all. Oh well.

If you don't mind the subterranean location this is a very nice place to eat. We had dinner for 4 and everyone was very pleased. The Shepard's Pie was excellent and made with lamb not hamburg. The fish taco was fresh and tasty. Two wraps were enjoyed along with hand cut french fries. The menu is an interesting combination of pub fare and Mexican food. There seemed to be only one server and she was very busy but doing a great job. Plenty of public parking out back and right on Main Street.

The Mexican items are not made to order and lack freshness. The Irish items are all delicious. It's actually kid friendly too.

You wouldn't think that a menu could be either Irish food or Mexican food but it is. The pub is in the basement under Richard's German Restaurant. The bar staff serves quickly. While the food is made to order, it is out to you without a long delay. Fried tortilla chips and salsa are brought to the table and are great. So if you can't decide what to have - go here. It can be a bit loud.
