The staff is GREAT!!!!!! This hotel was in a good location and very close to the casino. It was free to park and the area was very safe. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was a class act. Thanks

Breakfast should be included for $125+ a night, definitely not $12.95. Only stayed here because next door to conference center and was reimbursed by my employer. Otherwise, not conveniently located near airport or I-10.

The fire alarm went off 5 times during the night. The last time the sound alarm went off, but the strobe did not and stayed on in the room for hours. The hotel staff did nothing to compensate (as far as I know) the guests for this huge inconvenience. I also requested at check in that a car be called for 8am. When i went to the lobby the next morning, I found that a car was NOT called as requested, and I was late for a morning meeting

I would not recommend this hotel. I can forgive a hotel when the fire alarm goes off once, but after the fire alarm goes off 6 more times . . . nope. From 1:40 am to 6:00 am, the fire alarm and strobe light in my room went off 7 times. I got no sleep and was completely exhausted the next day.

Excellent safe location, great staff whom sincerely care about each guest, very clean rooms and comfortable beds, excellent restaurant staff whom work very hard to prepare breakfast buffet as well as breakfast and dinner
ordered selections! They always smile and make you feel as if you are the only guest in the entire hotel! They are my "family" away from home!
