I went on the one-day Jungle Boss National Parks trek with a friend and we had a great day. It was made particularly fun by our guide Lana, who was so positive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and she spoke great English. She made a real effort to create a relaxed atmosphere in the group, and to tell us interesting facts during the day.
You visit the Paradise Cave which is amazing, then a small temple where you hear a bit of history. The highlight for me was the last activity - a short trek through the jungle and then a swim into a cave with headtorches! It was really memorable and I would recommend it to anyone looking to do a bit of activity and see the area who only has one day.
You need to be fairly fit as there's a bit of steep walking and clambering over sharp rocks, as well as to be prepared for a swim in the dark in cold water. But overall it's not super active and there's lots of chance to rest in between activities.
