Waitress unloading boxes on Fri night dinner hour left us for awhile before taking order. I asked to taste gumbo before ordering and it tasted like greasy overspiced tomato. So I got boiled crawfish thinking-- hey, I'm in S La, how bad can it be? BAD. I first ordered mild because some places overdo it, but even after sending back to resoak my $19.00 order of crawfish was practically tasteless. My waitress did not offer to make it right, so I had her bag it up. Maybe I can peel 'em and make them taste like something at home . . . We will never go back.
