Patti's is a favorite spot to eat but a fire earlier this year destroyed the restaurant but the 1880's Settlement shops are still open. They have a great food truck and lots of covered seating for guest to enjoy. They are serving their famous grilled pork chops and other delicious food. Rebuilding has begun and will be completed in early 2019 weather permitting.

You won't want to miss eating at Patti's. It's an experience. They are in the process of rebuilding after having an awful fire. We truly can't wait for it to reopen because we've all missed their amazing food! If I could make any recommendations for delicious menu items: cheese sticks (beer battered, melty, crunchy, savory goodness that is beyond belief), porkchop with the special glaze sauce (just WOW), chicken oscar, sawdust pie, and any of the assorted fudges from the fudge counter in the gift shop. YUM! I love you Patti's!

I think this place may be on a reduced menu at the moment as they are rebuilding

However this does not stop them making the best burgers ever.....

They were amazing and I am still thinking about them now

The sweet tea was also good.

We had a very nice dinner at Patties. 1 inch pork chop, green beans, slaw, a roll with strawberry butter. And water to drink. Very delicious!

First, the actual meal was amazing. I had the 2-inch pork chop--delicious! My daughter favored the fruit butter and popover rolls. We also tried the pie because we had heard so much about the 9-inch high pies; I don't think they lived up to their hype (at least on the day we visited) because they were mostly meringue. The small town was interesting with several touristy shops. However, the overall restaurant was much smaller than I had expected. The associated gift shops and spaces behind the restaurant were interesting but might not hold the interest of younger children. Unfortunately, the restaurant portion burned down several months after our visit, but they owners have plans to rebuild. Keep your tastebuds waiting!
