I recently stayed during a busy weekend. Staff was attentive, friendly and patient. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and their FREE breakfast is amazing! Pool area is a festive jungle of plants, lobby always stocked with fresh coffee. Hotel store has very reasonable prices as well.

Room Tip: Weekend was a bit loud due to softball tournament. Parents seemed to expect staff to monitor the children.

Stayed here for a local baseball tournament and my kid’s equipment bag was cleaner. Part of the hotel is under construction so paint fumes can be smelled throughout. Maid service never even showed up to a few of our rooms. You could not see beyond 2 feet in the pool as it was so cloudy. A few of the exterior doors were kept open by a brick or completely unlocked, allowing ANYONE to enter the building without even being a guest. I was able to get multiple keys for my room at different times without being asked for proper ID. On 2 occasions, I witnessed a maid asking other employees for cigarettes in front of guests in the lobby. Stay away!

AWFUL! Hotel is under construction, no working elevator, pool was green and closed the day we got there, garbages overflowing everywhere- inside and out, and unprofessional staff. Housekeepers and construction workers sitting in the lobby— leaving no seating for paying guests. For the price we paid— EXTREMELY disappointed. We had 12 families staying at this hotel for a baseball tournament weekend, if it was just my family I would have never checked in. The construction is not only dusty, it is dangerous for the kids—- elevator shaft was open, plywood everywhere, doors to parking lot were never locked, pool very small and overcrowded.
Laundry facilities very poor as well.

I'm sorry for this negative experience you had while staying with us. Its our goal to have each guest completely satisfied. I also want to touch on the elevator situation. We are currently installing a elevator to improve to experience of our guest. Thank you for your review.

This hotel had blood and urine on the sheets, bathroom with mold, unsecured room door, bugs in the AC, bugs on the carpet and the maid left there stuff in the room. This hotel is very nasty and I would NOT RECOMMEND it to any travelers coming to Elizabethtown, KY. It is conveniently located by other hotels, please look else where.

Extremely recommended for any kind of trip for the hotel is comfortable, spacious rooms, good internet and friendly staff. It is situated in a location where one can find several different hotels and restaurants. A very good option
