My husband and I travel fairly often and have stayed at most of the major chains, but this was the nicest property we have ever been to. It is less than 2 years old and has all the modern conveniences. Every light receptacle has plugs for charging electronics, and the night stand has an alarm clock/radio/bluetooth speaker combo with 4 chargng outlets. (See pic). You can connect your phone to the unit via Bluetooth and listen to your own playlist. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable with high ceilings (see pix), and the property is pet friendly if you want to bring the fur babies.

Everything is well lit and bright and cheery. The lobby is welcoming and inviting, with comfortable furniture and a gas fireplace (see pic). Also available is a very large open area for socializing, where we played games with friends and family that night. There is always complimentary coffee and juices in the lobby, and fresh popcorn available. The staff was friendly and very helpful, with the manager, Sharon, walking around talking to guests at breakfast to make sure their stay was enjoyable. Susan was in the breakfast area providing a full breakfast to guests as well (see pic).

The property is located within sight of I-75 and within a mile of several restaurants and walking distance of a Walmart, but with no traffic noise. In fact, we did not notice any noise at all at night, even in the halls. I'm guessing there may be soundproofing because we did not hear other's doors slamming at night or the next morning. Parking is easy to access and there is an EV charging station located in the front of the building (see pic).

We would definitely recommend this place and, should we find ourselves in the area again, will stay here again.

We went through several hotels during our vacation and Comfort Suites at Dry Ridge, KY was a blessing for us. We hate hotel rooms which have moldy smells and I tell that our room had no bad smell at all. On the top of that the room was very modern and very very spacious and clean. The bathroom looked brand new. There was also an indoor swimming pool and gym.
The breakfast was good. The staff was very very pleasant We felt at home while being there.

Room tip: About 10 minutes from the Ark Encounter, which was really great. Rooms are quiet.

Our stay here was very nice. So convenient to get to the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum. There’s a large heated pool, a large lounge area & with lots of restaurants to pick from nearby. Bed was very comfortable which is extremely important for me. Nice breakfast selections & very friendly staff.

Booked sight unseen except through website. Called the hotel directly and Was sooo pleasantly surprised — a newer hotel, very clean, updated everything In Working order, Great and accommodating Staff and a great breakfast. My teen grandkids loved it except the pool was “too small”. And no hot tub. I have already told everyone I’ve seen to stay here. And we will tell anyone who asks.

Room tip: We stayed on the 3rd floor to avoid the sound of little feet. But no problem at all with sound.

This hotel is extremely overpriced. If you are going to the Ark, it will seem like this is the best option, but it is not. For $250 a night, the accommodations are average at best. Many things in disrepair (one elevator, laundry service, coffee maker, pool has broken rail with cloudy/chemically unbalanced water). We stayed for two nights and had two rooms, one handicapped accessible on the 3rd floor. My mother in law is mobility impaired and when the (2nd) elevator went down, she was forced to come down the stairs. Between the nightmare of that situation, the cold shower I endured after trying to warm up from the freezing pool (because the heat needed reset?) and the need to continually go to the front desk (out of toilet paper, no sheets for the pull out bed, need for soap etc because housekeeping didn’t replenish and asking if it was their policy to not make the beds…apparently it is), it was necessary to ask for a reduction in rate. But that was not considered. Tough luck was more of the response, so to the reviews I go hoping to at least prevent others from our experience!
