Have stayed here 3 times now and it’s always wonderful. The construction is done in the lobby and is finished very nicely. Parking is convenient and the view is amazing. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are very updated and nice. TVs also have ability to log into your Netflix or Hulu account which is convenient. We really like staying here and walking across the bridge for dinner/ breakfast. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here recently in Room 916, which was a corner room with great views of the river and Cincinnati skyline. Check-in was quick, easy and very friendly. Room was clean, and everything worked well, except for the ridiculous shower head which didn't work on the "normal" setting. Was in town for wedding just across river at the park. Very easy walk across the pedestrian walk-way of the bridge to take you into the beautiful park on other side of river. Parking was challenge in self-serve garage on Friday and Saturday night (Thursday night was easy). Garage was full by 10:00 saturday night and had to use outdoor lot just a couple hundred yards away. Valet was awesome in allowing us use of the curb for short periods while we loaded and unloaded for wedding guests. Bar area was nice, but only open until 10:00 pm. Breakfast was excellent in the bar Saturday morning. Plenty of good restaurants close by, and easy access to highway to airport. Would definitely stay here again if I am in town. Curious as to what is being built outside hotel down by water. Looks like some sort of pavilion.

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. Do get a room with a balcony and a river/city view because you won’t be disappointed. Great view of the Bengals stadium and we watched part of the game on the Jumbotron from our room. The staff were extremely friendly and very, very attentive. The room was great. My only gripe about the room is that there is no fan in the bathroom, no place to hang all the towels after a shower, and a constant noise outside from probably the hotel equipment (air conditioner towers, etc). We couldn’t hear the noise inside but sitting on the balcony and hearing it wasn’t great. Due to COVID, the restaurant and bar are in the middle of the hotel. The menu is small but you can find something. We ate breakfast twice and it was really good and service was great and attentive. We had a few drinks at the bar and that was great too. Just so you know, you park in a city owned garage attached to hotel so expect to pay $10/day. Once we came back to the hotel, we walked everywhere. Great restaurants are very close. I’d definitely stay here again.
