Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our property, we appreciate you staying with us during these unprecedented times for travel. I'm sorry that the complimentary upgrade to a room with a view fell short of meeting your expectations for an upgrade. At our property nearly all of our rooms are the same size, and the only differentiating aspects are view and bed size. We do have 4 suites at our property, however they are on the lower floors and aren't nearly as popular with our loyal guests as our City view rooms, which provide the breathtaking views of the Cincinnati Skyline. However tastes differ, and in the event that you return to our property and prefer a little additional space over the view, please feel free to make the inquiry at check in for availability. The challenges of COVID have impacted the offerings that we are able to make from a menu standpoint and for staffing purposes. Travel will continue to look very different, to many of our guests, that are accustomed to and expecting pre-pandemic levels of operation. We are pleased that you enjoyed the lap pool, and thank you for your comments regarding the nice check-in and cleanliness of the guest room. These are cornerstones of the experience we strive to provide for our guests, and it is always appreciated when the efforts are acknowledged.
