It's ok. The cool stuff is pretty expensive. Better off buying a geode from a little local stand and busting it open at home.

Mainly stopped to see the Mystery House. My 9-year-olds got a kick out of it but overall it's silly. Good selection of gifts although some are really cheap looking.
We stopped here to get a souvenir, they have a little bit of everything. Very nice employees, we all purchased something, prices were reasonable.
There was a lot of hype for this place so we stoped by on enroute for vacation. There are lots of rocks...and odd stuff. We wanted to see the mystery house..but 20 min wait. We didnt have that much time to waste. It was ok...something i wont do again.
This is a relatively inoffensive tourist trap, baited and hooked on the main route into Mammoth cave. Two parts of it: A store full of typical tourist crapola and a second one devoted to rocks. The tourist stuff available is amusing but not particularly original. The rock store is more interesting. Some interesting bits; prices from a buck or two to a couple of hundred. 8-year-old me would have been begging for some crystals or fossils. Adult-me noticed the geodes mixed in with what looked like melted glass or plastic.
