We were looking on the internet for somewhere fun to stay in Northwest Kansas. My husband booked the Landmark Inn for us. I hadn't researched it so went in with low expectations. I was really impressed. We had room #1 which overlooked the Main Street. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. The rooms were all furnished with period antiques and wall coverings. There is a common area which would be nice if this was booked for a family gathering.
The Inn has a restaurant. Unfortunately we arrived around 9:30 so we didn't try it out for dinner. It looked promising. We did have breakfast there and it was nice.
The owner was very cordial and answered our questions about the town history, etc There is a museum in town we plan to check out on our next visit.
I highly recommend the Landmark Inn!More
