But it's still a very very old small roadside motel.

Highway noise all night. Bed had a plastic liner under the sheet....kinda uncomfortable. Very tiny room. Very plain and ultra dated facility.

The big plus, aside from the staff, is the absolute cleanliness of the room. Certainly the cleanest rooms in Osceola (I have stayed in all the motels/hotels there).

Nice Iowa staff could not have been more accommodating and polite.

I have owned a motel in the past and the Evergreen Inn is a example of great inn keeping. The rooms are traditional motor lodge rooms with great showers. Very clean. Both Kat and the owners are very friendly. They keep out undesirable people. We are now on our 2nd visit with them and will always stay here when we visit our family in Oscolia.

Kat the desk clerk was awesome. She was very friendly and super attentive to my needs. She is very warm amd welcoming. The room itself is deceptively spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

I would most definitely stay again and would also recommend others stay here as well. Wifi works great as well
