Pretty good local eatery. Not fancy but large portions of food and fair amount of toppings. Frequented primarily by locals.

Karl (Slingblade) seemed to live off French Fried Potaters......well, if they were handmade from scratch like these folks do it, I reckon you'd think ya'll died and done gone to heaven. Crisp! Real potato flavor, like the taste of real food we lost somewhere in the translation between Grammaw's and McDonald's. Maybe the secret is the type of potato, maybe it's the perfect light golden brown, maybe it's the natural cut, flavorful skin intact. You know? I try. I really try. Every time I go in this joint, I make my mind up to be good and not eat those fries. Well, maybe just one or two. And before you know it, I'm mawing down like it's Karl's last civilian meal. Yes siree! Pair that with the Brilliantly seasoned, roasted Italian Beef, and you'd know you made it past the Pearly Gates! Indeedy! And the Au Jus is spectacular. Clearly straight from the pan with a thin veil of a glistening sheen of fat. This stuff is liquid gold. There's perfectly caramelized bits of onion and bell pepper, secret seasonings and a few diced jalapenos for a perfectly heavenly dunk for those thick chunks of mouth watering, tender hunks of love. It's local food, it's local folks, neighborhood diner. And never order anything without at least a side order of them French Fried Potatoes! Around $10-12 a plate. Everything's good. Come as you are.

Watershed is not in a lavish building. The ceiling could use a painting and surroundings a bit of an update. However, the breakfast is very good. Large pile of hash browns and eggs Benedict omlet with raisin toast. American breakfast with eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast, pancake with sausage patties. All excellent. Coffee and a hot chocolate. Kind of a combination of self service and limited service. Give it a try.

Not a big place and service can be slow but the food is worth the wait. There are servers but they only bring your food out. Very casual, not fancy, great food.
