The Good: The room was clean, and the bed was comfy.
The Bad: We arrived at 2:45pm and were told our rooms were not ready, check in was 3pm how can the rooms not be ready at that point? The girl at the front desk was not helpful but soon a manager spoke to us and we did not have to wait long after that. The front desk people were not friendly, and did not seem to care about their customers at any point of the stay, but as I said the room itself was not bad. For the price $159 plus tax you can find a better place to stay in that area.

I'm sorry you feel that way. The day you arrived we were sold out. We did have a room ready at 3pm. I'm sorry we didn't have a room 15 min earlier.

I hate to complain but for $149+ a night, we felt that the room would at least be above average. It was small and not clean. To make things worse, there were dead bugs on both sides at the head of the beds and behind the table in between.. It was late and we had driven all day so we stayed, but didn't sleep well. Free breakfast was terrible.

Dear Stephen,

We are deeply sorry about the way your experience played out as a guest at our hotel. As for the room size, unfortunately there is not much we can do about that other than suggest you request a larger room next time. When it comes to cleanliness we are currently in a transition/ training period in order to keep our hotel cleaner and to feel more like home. The bug problem is something that can and will definitely be handled and in a timely manner. Breakfast is Hampton standard breakfast and cooked fresh every morning by our breakfast staff to ensure a great meal to all of our guests and we apologize if it did not satisfy your needs. Again we are deeply apologetic about the poor experience you had whilst staying with us but hope that we can make it up next time you are in town. Best wishes sir and hope to see you back here soon!

We stayed here one night while my son attended football camp. The hotel was clean. Room was as expected, we stayed in king bed suite with adjourning living area. Pool was small, water cold. The pool room was small and chlorine smell was overwhelming. Breakfast was adequate with nice variety of food choices. Overall we would stay here again. Our only real complaint is there is no restroom near pool.

We selected this hotel because other family members were staying there for a family funeral in the area. It was clean, had nice beds, and a great breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was willing to give us a bereavement rate which was very helpful.

Our experience was amazing! The hotel was very nice, our room was a suite and it was beautiful! The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to accommodate us in every way. We would like to thank all the staff and a special thanks to: Sharon from breakfast, Irene from housekeeping, and Telinia from the front desk.
