This looks like it was a house that was turned into a hotel, so has five(?) bedrooms of varying sizes, with shared facilities. Stayed in a triple room, which had a bunk and a single. It had a built in cupboard for clothing, and a small side table with light. It would have been small for three people, but possible. As others have mentioned, the walls are a little thin, so if people on the other side of you were talking, you could hear that they were talking, but not overly so.
I was a little concerned about the shared bathrooms (there are two, one upstairs has a separate shower and tub, the one downstairs has a shower with no separation from the rest of the room), but I never had to fight to shower.
Kitchen had a full sized refrigerator (no freezer though), oven and stove. Nice dining area, and lounge area with TV (I did not use, so cannot speak to the channels). Even fully booked, it wasn't very crowded. WIFi worked throughout.
Location is a little out of the way, about 3km from the village of Ballstad, which has a Joker (grocery store) along with a couple of restaurants. Free parking, and near a bus stop, although depending on the day there may be few, if any, buses.More
