IHG Platinum Elite member Arrived at hotel to no one at front desk for a bit. After being in room noticed red marks on my arm then having a friend join me the second night we both woke up with numerous bites on our bodies as notifying the front desk they moved us to another room and then the other room had them as well. Notified the front desk and general manager said we had to vacate with only one day compensation.
IHG is not intervening in the situation. The general manager is not returning calls. This is reported to the Indianapolis Dept of Health as well as the Better Business Bureau in Indianapolis.More
