We spent the weekend for a family wedding. The hotel is massive and is very nice. It is conveniently located and only 15 minutes from the airport. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. All of the hotel's amenities were top notch. The gym was amazing and not like your typical hotel gym. It had every exercise machine you could think of. Lastly, the staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and kind.

This hotel was massive and really great. The staff was helpful, check in was a breeze, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a quick walk to Lucas Oil Stadium and also the downtown area with many restaurants (about 10 minutes away). We were extremely satisfied with our stay. My company booked the room so I have on value but I can assure you this place is really nice.

Thr JW is the jewel of hotels for Indianapolis as far as I am concerned. The concierge and her staff do a super great job. The area is immaculate and they all do a great job to keep it that way. I am sorry but I cannot remember the concierge name but I remember that it ends in an I. Also I would like to commend both Ethan and Abbie of the front desk that both wanted to make sure I feel welcomed and valued.

The personalized experience provided by Brandon was the pinnacle of our weekend. It was our first anniversary and the flowers, petals, and champagne that awaited us made us feel like the most important people in the hotel. With amazing views and an elite luxury feel, we will be returning to the JW and experiencing this amazing staff again and again!!
