We had a two bedroom unit, upstairs and up the back. We slept 4 adults and 2 kids.

Unit was clean. Close to the city (but Launceston is not that big, so easy to get around).

Between two main roads, so car noise woke me up at 5:30am (I admit I am a light sleeper). Bathroom towels supplied were old and tatty and should be r placed.

Okay for the price, but be aware of the road noise.

We appreciated the size and smart decor of our unit here. Good friendly service too. Our only reservation was the location: it's not really walking distance to the city centre (nor any shops really), yet nor did it have the quieter character of an out-of-town place either.

We arrived inLaunceston very late but we were met with an enthusiastic welcome and a willingness to please. We were served promptly and received a lovely meal. Great service and good food. We recommend you visit.

The location of these Villas was perfect for our 3 night stay. We were upstairs in room 19 looking towards the river. Fiona checked us in and gave us information about where to eat etc.
Our room was very large with a king and single bed, good air conditioning and also a portable fan. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery, oven & hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, there was a table and chairs in front of the window looking out towards the river.
A nice spacious bathroom with an excellent shower, good quality towels and a hair dryer. The bedroom had a large wardrobe but not much drawer space. A large T.V. with a good selection of channels.
Guest laundry was $2 for a wash and $4 for the dryer, detergent was $1 from Reception.Washing lines out the back. There were supermarkets and shops close by and it is about 5kms from the Tamar Wetland Centre. Free WiFi.
We found this to be well run and very clean and have no hesitation in recommending it.
