Arrive fairly late, about 10 p.m. We booked this room on Hotels.com earlier in the day.
No one was at the desk when we got there. My husband picked up the phone at the desk. He said the person answered with "what do you want?"
When she came out she gave him a price. My husband told her that he paid online. She told him "no you didn't" he said "yes I did", again she said "no you didn't". He said I will show you the confrontation number on the phone. She didn't want to look at his phone.
We checked our account and for some reason Hotels.com did not pay the hotel so we paid the clerk for the night. But they have some serious customer service issues.
We will pick a friendler hotel next time.
