I stayed two nights for business. The service I experienced here was top-notch from check-in all the way to check-out (and beyond). My room was clean and comfortable. I asked for a King at check-in and the hotel was able to accommodate my request. (Room 337) Breakfast was typical of Hampton breakfast, and everything was well-stocked, clean and cooked well. If I had to note any issue at all, it would be a complaint with the shower. In my room, the shower bar was placed so that it was right where you would stand to be under the shower spray. No matter where i tried to adjust the head, I was always trying to avoid that darn bar! Water pressure was great, temp was hot, just had an issue with the bar. It was a very small annoyance which did not take away from my overall great experience. I noted earlier in my review that I was taken care of at check-out and beyond...the "beyond" came when I was about 4 hours post-checkout on my way back to Ohio. I received a call from the front desk informing me that I had left some personal items in the room. As I was so far away, turning around was not an option, but the hotel offered to ship them to me. I thought that was a great service and I really appreciated that as these items are very important to me!...I stayed two nights for business.
