Working for the airline has honestly made it easier here at the Sonesta ! Theyr always here when I need ! Costumer service is great !! I can't never tell if their ever having a bad day because i always feel welcomed !

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful I have been coming to Sonesta for work and their rooms are clean and spacious. They have a restaurant here at the hotel called Harry Caray's. The food is delicious. I totally would come here for a family trip and stay

Hotel is amazing and beautiful inside and out! Staff very friendly would definitely come back if I'm in the area. Great atmosphere food is great as well. With so many things to do in the area this is a great place to visit

The room was good and clean. The customer service was amazing! Everyone was so nice and polite. There was a problem with my reservation on my jobs side and they were so patient and helpful with me. Definitely recommend

I came for work and this hotel was amazing to us all. They are extremely accommodating and the staff is very nice. They are close to everything especially rental cars which was very helpful. Overall one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at for sure.
