We stayed at Mizzards Farm cottage recently with our two sons and really enjoyed it. The owners Harriet and Julian were really kind and helpful and the boys loved the swimming pool and playing with Crumpet the little Norfolk Terrier.
The cottages is charming, the rooms are light and airy and well furnished.
The garden is a real sun trap. The peace and quiet was absolute joy.
Hopefully we will be back next year...definitely one of our favourite stays.
I fell in love with this cottage. It is light, airy and very attractive. The rooms are all of a good size, well presented and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was going to be completely renewed the day after we left. It is situated in the garden of a large house in a rural and very quiet location. The property has a sun trap patio at the back to sit out in plus a lawned area which overlooks sheep in the fields. We appreciated the welcome pack that had the basics of milk, bread, eggs, tea etc. Harriet and Julian were very welcoming and helpful and kindly let us have the use of the swimming pool which was the warmest pool I think i have ever been in. Lovely to relax in after a day sightseeing. There are plenty of National Trust Properties in the area apart from being very close to the South Downs, Winchester and Chichester. I hope we can stay again.
