Excellent tour, lots of facts and figures but delivered in an interesting and fun manner by the enthusiastic host. Group of 6 we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Learned a lot about "fizz" and would definitely recommend. Excellent tasting "English Sparkling Wines", shop available and gift sets as well.

My mum and I had a wonderful morning at Hambledon winery. The tour was really interesting and felt very relaxed. Sometimes these kind of tours feel very scripted and corporate - making things a little dull - but on Saturday our guide - Phil - was fantastic. He was very engaging and interesting and it seemed like he really enjoyed taking us around. I felt like I learned a lot - not just about the process but about what makes Hambledon unique. (Please don’t lose this friendly and relaxed vibe as you expand!).

The tasting afterwards was also lovely, the wines really are fantastic.

Two suggestions/ feedback:

Signposting was a bit dodgy. We weren’t quite sure where to park or where we were supposed to meet. There was also no one to greet us - so it all felt a little awkward.

Being a sunny day (the first of the year I think!) it perhaps might have been nice to do the tastings outside.

Many thanks for a really lovely morning.

We visited the Vineyard during a stay in the neighbouring Wriggly Tin Huts. Having been to many vineyards across the world and been on many tours, this was by far the best. There is something absolutely wonderful about the relaxed yet incredibly informative way in which the tour was delivered. No question was a silly question and I learnt more about the intricacies of wine production than ever before.

A special mention has to go out to our guide Phil, a proud Yorkshireman who made the whole experience even more enjoyable. His humour, coupled with his extensive knowledge was a perfect balance.

We tasted two wonderful sparkling wines at the end of the tour, expertly guided by Katrina. The team went the extra mile when we asked if we could pick up the wine we had purchased the following day, as we were going off on a long walk. They kindly hand delivered our purchases off at our accommodation to save us the effort of coming back.

All in all an incredible visit and we will definitely go back in the future.
