The Director of Market Sales Mark Lucarelli lost our entire reservation for 50 Lacrosse players. Hid from us for and hour and 1/2 until we demanded he come out and talk with us and not hide behind his desk crew. Said we had to go to another hotel, load entire team and belongings to another hotel HE arranged and we had to pay double as they wouldn't allow four in a room. Said the best he could do was find us a hotel, First said he'd pay for it then said no. NO compensation. What a joke. Matt Holm General Manager and Todd Watkins should be completely embarrassed.
DO NOT STAY here you will regret it!

It's always nice when the staff welcomes you by name, even when you have never been there before. They were all very friendly, made sure all of my requests were met, had a wonderful breakfast, pool, and a very comfortable and clean room. Oh, and some of the best shower pressure I have ever had at a hotel!

I would definitely return if I am in the area again!

Nice lobby, friendly front desk, and comfy beds were the highlights of this hotel. The clogged AC drain which soaked the hotel carpet shows me that their maintenance detail is far short of acceptable.

The hotel is fine for a night or two if you are in the area soaked carpet aside. The room was decently sized with enough drawers and nooks to put our stuff.

Would like to have had a larger TV screen given the depth of the room and an AC unit that we didn't have to put at 64 to keep the room comfortable but I'll presume this and the drain issue were related.

Price was fair, but the rooms are starting to show their age. Just your average property with nothing special about it or the location.

I'd stay there again if I were in the area which I guess means it was ok.

Room tip: Ask for a quiet room not facing the busy road

Check in was easy. Room was clean, had good climate control, comfy beds, functional TV and microwave and coffee maker. Shower was high efficiency spray, but otherwise OK. Interstate noise was omnipresent but muted. Free hotel breakfast had hot items and cereals, fruits, and yogurt. Many hotels in this area, but we will likely stay here again next time when we visit our son if we get the same good price.

Room tip: Perhaps facing away from the interstate would be preferable
