This Hyatt is a great value compared to much of what you find in the area. I have no complaints with the maintenance or cleanliness of the facility. It isn't brand new so you should expect to find some imperfections; however, the bed and mattress was comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained which make for a good night and morning. Incidentally, I found this property by way of an amazing deal on Priceline in September 2018 (40% off). I will definitely use this property again.

The hotel is exactly what you would expect: a hot spot for weddings and corporate gatherings. The rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast is delicious, but the restaurant is otherwise slow to serve. Our bed wasnt as comfortable as a Sheraton bhav t was satisfactory. Overall, pleasant experience.

We're glad you've enjoyed the meeting space and our guestrooms along with delicious breakfast - we pride ourselves as wells as the Hyatt Brand on our food and beverage quality. However, regret the you received slow service and an uncomfortable bed, I will share with my F&B team to improve timeliness of service. One night stay, 8PM arrival. All staff encountered - front desk (PM and AM), restaurant bartender, server, room service attendant, chambermaid were all very professional, polite and warm. Management looks as if it is doing a very good job attracting, training and maintaining good people that seem to enjoy working in the hospitality sector.

Had a wonderful experience staff was great loved the lobby area nice comfortable and roomy might room was clean and comfortable the gym and pool area was in great shape nice meeting rooms want to come back soon

It's always a great experience at this hotel. I love the "smell of spa" when you come in. The hotel lobby and bar area are massive, updated and clean. My room was clean and well laid out. Everyone is friendly and the food at really good!
