Nice, quiet, clean hotel. Great pool - not too busy. Very helpful, polite staff. Need to improve the wifi but, apart from that, lovely place to stay. Minutes from beach, all facilities and great restaurants.

Lovely hotel, attractive, clean, nice pool and relaxed. Friendly staff. Didn't try the food as there's so much to choose from in Port Soller. A crate of oranges for freshly squeezed juice every morning was a treat. WiFi could be a lot better!

Just spent a very relaxing week at the Aimia, having previously stayed 4 years earlier - and in the meantime at one of the other more expensive hotels in Port Soller. On the face of it everything was reassuringly similar to our initial trip. Staff are friendly and helpful but not in your face. Rooms no different than before but still in good condition and seemed smart and clean to us. The pool area is one of the highlights for us as there is plenty of space all day and no sign of 6am towel claiming. The breakfast buffet had a good selection although our one disappointment was that they no longer offer the omelettes that we so enjoyed previously. We ate lunch on a few occasions which is great value (great fries!).
Can't speak to the spa or gym as we didn't have the time to try them but the front desk staff were super helpful, sorting out some great dinner reservations for us on a few occasions. Port Soller is just a fantastic location for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca and for us the Aimia is the best hotel option in town, especially for the money.

Room Tip: Get a Superior room, overlooking the pool

This was our seventh visit to The Aimia.Located just off the main street in the beautiful resort of Porte de Soller this is a family run hotel that is both discrete and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean with a spacious poolside area and many of the bedrooms have balconies with views of the beach at the PorteOver the years the staff have remained largely the same and are without exception friendly and helpful. One in particular,Jenny, deserves special mention for her helpful attitude hard work and kindness.Breakfasts are delicious with a wide selection of fresh fruit, breads and cooked options. The bar serves tasty lunches ,snacks and cocktails. This is a suitable hotel for couples ,groups of friends, families and people travelling solo.We ave often considered trying another venue in Majorca but the realisation that a week in the Aimia guarantees rest relaxation and a perfect chance to recharge the batteries in a quiet friendly environment brings us back time and again.Try it out.You will not be disappointed

We had a great stay at this hotel, the staff are friendly, always happy to assist. The rooms are clean, fresh, crisp and modern.

The decor and facilities at this hotel appear to be geared towards more of an adults only hotel. Unfortunately it's not adults only, you will find a few screeching kids around the pool, which is always a little annoying.

The breakfast was plentiful in choice. Lots of fruit, bread, fresh juice.

If I were to suggest ways to improve this hotel to make it truly 4 star I'd say a welcome drink on arrival would have been nice. Most 4 and 5 star hotels I've stayed in across the world always at least offer this courtesy, especially when you've travelled quite a distance. The other small issue was the grotty red carpet in the hallways and rooms. The carpet looked unsightly and to be honest I find carpet in hotels a little unhygienic, it makes me shudder to think how many people with athletes foot have walked across them. I also think in a four star hotel your eggs at breakfast should be cooked to order and coffee / tea should be served at the table rather than having to queue up for it.

These points in no way spoilt our trip, they are merely suggestions on how the hotel could improve.

Dear blingo1234,

Thank you very much for staying with us at the Aimia hotel and for sharing your feedback here on Tripadvisor.

We are very pleased to know that you enjoyed the time spent at our hotel overall and we also would like to thank you for your suggestions that I have already forwarded to our general management as we believe our guest's opinion is extremely important to helps us improving our services.

I have to confirm that even tough we do not organise special events for children or animation programs, we are also not an Adults Only hotel and in summer you might find more children here due to summer school holidays.

I am afraid that my colleagues at breakfast did not inform you well that we do in fact offer eggs by order, these will be prepared at the moment from our kitchen staff and free of charge.

we hope to have the opportunity to welcoming you soon again and possible already show you some improvements.

Best Regards
