Not easy to find unless you are there by boat. A special recommendation is the Entrecote cooked based on your preferences

Although very hard to find. If it wasn't for tripadvisor and some friendly people on the road being us out, we would have never found the place with our car.
We were there only yesterday, and had an overall delicious dinner.
Only reason not to give five star rating:
Didn't offer all the choices listed on the menu, service lacked some professionalism (some plates were already being taken away while most were still eating) and the place itself could look a bit nicer without much effort.
But the food was just great, staff was friendly and prices were totally acceptable.
Can only recommend

Best meat of the country ! Their salads are also very good and I can tell you because I went to that restaurant every day that I spent in the neighbourhood and I have tasted nearly all their recipes.

You've got to try the octopus, it is the best I have ever eaten. They also have a lot of different desserts, my favorite is the chocolate mousse. Anyone could eat in this restaurant (vegetarian people and meat eaters) and would be pleased.

The service is very fast ! But above all, very friendly and open-minded. You will fell like home on the other side of the world.

This is a delightful addition to 'Costa Arriba' (the Upper Coast). Nestled in the mangroves a few kilometres along a dirt road, you find the Panamarina Restaurant.
Chef Nicolas cooks wonderful French-style food with appropriate Caribbean touches (the arroz con pulpo (rice and octopus) is my especial favourite. This is not 'fast' food, but the wait is what you expect for properly prepared dishes. Sometimes busy, sometimes quiet, but always a warm welcome and charming atmosphere. The deserts are to kill for.......

Excellent steaks and delcious home-made deserts. Friendly people. By far the best restaurant in the area.
And the Marina itself is gorgeous, too.
