Spectacular hotel- very nicely kept up. Staff were all amazing. The location is one of the best neighborhoods in Chicago, IMHO. Although I didn't have a fancy upgraded room, it was clean with a pretty nice view from 21st floor. The elevators require keycards to access floors, and security was present in overnight hours. I'm aware of no issues during my 4 days there, and I'm a nightowl. I had instacart deliver target-boutique essential groceries, which might not be a thing if you stay in a less desirable neighborhood. On-site parking was a ridiculously inflated daily fee, so we used rideshare and bigbustours to get around.

Great location within walking distance to so many great attractions. Right in the Riverwalk. We were in town for a Cubs game and it was a very easy walk to Grand Station to ride the Red Line to the game. Clean facility, all the people I dealt with were friendly. Worth the money

The first hotel I have ever stayed in that has a fridge marked- the temperature in this fridge is not sufficient to keep milk, food or medicine cold! If you require a refrigerated unit - please call customer service.
I did - and they don’t have any - advised to call again tomorrow.
Unbelievable that this is rated as 4 stars
