Started out with a very nice and professional staff giving us an early check in. We also opted for the club lounge which will cost 30 to 60 extra. It was worth it! 24 hrs Free waters and soda evening snack buffet, free coffee and free breakfast.. The hotel is right on the river walk.. 1 block from the magnificent mile..just over the river from a huge park called Millennium Park with amazing sculptures and children's playground. Right outside your window are contemporary architectural buildings..would go again.!! Room was nice....what you expect from a 4 star hotel.

We stayed this past weekend and loved the Sheraton Towers. It's in a great location within walking distance to Navy Pier, Mag Mile, Millenium Park and more. Having the club level amenities was really nice for both breakfast and an evening break/snack. Club staff were great! Check in went quickly for arriving on a Friday around 6, and express checkout is a great convenience as well. Only negative would be not being able to use the refrigerator because it is stocked with mini bar items just waiting for you to touch and get charged for. Same with the snack items on the counter. Watch your bill because we were charged for items that were not there when we got there, but when I called down to the front desk they took it off and emailed a new bill immediately.

Excellent service from all members of the Hotel staff. All performed their respective duties as a hotel guest would want but often does not experience.
The Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers exceeded my expectations and provided a good "home" during my conference. Many thanks!
