This Sheraton has a beautiful interior and the front desk and Concierge were wonderful. We were upgraded on my husband's recent business trip to the remodeled tower of the hotel. The only downside I can say, in being a seasoned traveler, was that they are in need of additional housecleaning staff. My husband and I left early in the morning, and by 1:00pm the room still was not cleaned. When we told the front desk they said they only had 2 women on the floor cleaning. Well, my reaction was hire more people? With the amount of money being spent by a continuous flow of business conferences, I would imagine that could be accomplished. Also, in the morning when we went to shower, they never replenished the shampoo and soap. The hotel is close to Michigan Avenue, and so that is very positive.
