This was our first time to Chicago, and Acme exceeded my expectations. The room was awesome! I love the little touch of chalk so you can write a daily message on your door! The room was spotless and so beautifully decorated. I love the carraff of coffee delivered to my door. Staff was beyond friendly, asking how our day was, greeting us as we passed by the hotel walking, Truly impressed.
Excellent location, great amenities, on trend hotel with knowledgeable staff and KARL IS THE BOMB! He knows anything and everything about Chicago. Need info? Just ask Karl. He can also get you a cab better than any magician. I ♡ Acme!

We were in town for a concert and were looking for an eclectic option for our stay with our 17 year old and her friend! This place is awesome! Great atmosphere, cool decor, amazing staff all in the heart of downtown Chicago! We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to everyone we know!
Came in for work, but stayed overnight to see family so I chose Acme based on the price point and location. The hotel definitely has the guest service thing figured out, eclectic vibe, front desk is super nice and you can text them to ask questions or get anything done.
We started with a friendly greeting. The helpful staff answered all of our questions about trains, busses and local businesses. The clean room and bathroom was great as well as the soft towels. Overall great hotel experience.
