Booked here due to my Platinum status and proximity to the office I was visiting. The location is great and close to many restaurants including the Revival Food Hall.
Was "upgraded" to an exterior view room but it was VERY small and right in front of the ice machine and stairwell (both of these are not considered desirable locations). The bathroom was decent and the shower pressure was great. The decor and layout were old and tired.
Stopped by the concierge lounge a couple of times to grab water. The food offerings looked decent but didn't try anything. There wasn't much seating available as a large group of seniors was having an informal happy hour there and took up the whole space.
Requested and was granted late checkout. A guy from housekeeping came about 2 mins before I was supposed to leave and started knocking and tried to enter. I explained I just needed a minute or two longer and he just sighed loudly and walked off without responding. Aside from that, everyone else was very friendly.
Internet speeds were decent too.
All in all- the intangibles and soft product were not bad but ultimately a hotel room is for sleeping and the bed was lumpy and smelled musty. The tiny room felt a bit suffocating and the temperature was difficult to regulate (too hot or too cold).
I'll look elsewhere probably next time. More
