This restaurant has been getting a lot of buzz, people raving about the lobster dumplings and what-not, so we were eager to try the place. The 2 of us had one "snack", 3 appetizers, one main course and a dessert. Every single dish was flavorful, had an unusual mix of ingredients that went together beautifully and we enjoyed every single thing we ate. These were: the cornbread madeleines with olive oil butter; the lobster dumplings; the little gem lettuce salad; the Thai steak salad; the fois gras bibimbap; and the cheesecake brûlée.
It is well worth making a trip to Pilsen to eat here.
