Rooms are not suited for more than one person. Dirty carpet, old furniture. Paid $1200 for two rooms for two nights. Shower was barely functional. Had to call down twice for towels and blankets. Needs serious update. Never again

Room tip: Good location, but not good enough for the awful rooms.

Stayed for one night due to going to a Bears game. Check in was fast with good info supplied by the front desk. Rooms are good but nothing special - bathroom feels a bit dated but more than adequate. Walls aren't too thick so there can be a little noise. Staff were incredibly helpful with any questions. Location is excellent to explore the city, shopping and public transport to the airport. Overall good value for money for a basic hotel.

Would not say it was a super nice stay but pretty okay. First room we got was tiny and an smelly with windows to some side alley. It smelled like mold and the carpet was wet. We went downstairs and told the receptionist. Service was good. They kindly changed our room and gave us an upgrade. The upgraded room was kind of what you might expect from 3 star hotel and the price we payed. Clean, simple and view towards the city.

changed to this hotel last minute because the other didnt have an extra night for us. Farther West than i normally stay but still close enough to walk to places. Friendly staff. Free wine at 5 pm daily. Bar attached to hotel also which is nice. Rooms are typical Chicago, small, kind of dated. Id prefer a more historical hotel with and vintage feel but am glad we ended up staying here.

The hotel name is appropriate. The rate was very good. If you are someone satisfied with a minimum-sized hotel room, with no view, a small sink, a shower stall, provided that it is clean, safe, and centrally-located, and cheap, then this hotel should work for you.
