This is a comment on the staff person, not the restaurant per se. We were a group of 19 bikers that arrived at this subway at 8:30am on July 5th. There was only one person on staff. A recipe for disaster you might think? Significant delays at least? NEITHER! This young man was fantastic. He completed all of our orders, baked the various breads for the day's use, worked both the make line and cash, and did everything in a calm and methodical manner. I was truly amazed. This young man did an excellent job.
