First break post lockdown and we landed in this sad resort. Bad location, middle of no where.
Staff is totally untrained and un-groomed. Pathetic service.
Rooms and all common areas are SUPER DIRTY
No management, no one to take the responsibility,
Not at all recommended.

Rubbish and poor place, bad location, tv not working, health faucets defective, no hangar in wardrobes, linen very old, no front office phone response , no housekeeping response, breakfast cold, bad, poor taste, nobody to handle restaurant, felt as if we are orphaned and cheated by paying huge 5 star cost for a poor managed property . Reviews are questionable, no activity is operational. All pics and talk claims are fake to impress people. Other guests I spoke to were absolutely aghast with attitude, bad preparation, monitoring. How do you people find time to fleece guests with such reviews, I will never recommend anyone to even think of this property if you dont want to spoil your time, money and mood. Called GM to speak, waited for more than 1.5 hour, he did not turn up, had to give up, had taken a complete villa no 6, paid huge cost for getting neglected and disappointed and felt like filing a complaint in tourism and appropriate authorities to take action against such properties and a mechanism of refund should be there

Very pleasant staff, great food, well maintained rooms, superb ambience,a must visit.I love that the river ganges flow just behind the resort ...gives it a very serene look .The staff is very vigilant about social distancing and sanitizing. Superb stay .

Serene, green, peaceful with wide range of activities to do. They have movies by the Ganges. They have table tennis, pool table, archery, bicycles etc. You name it and they have it. Mind blowing food and very nice villas.

I visited this resort during my friend’s marriage . It was great experience. Once I reached, they way staff Neha greeted, welcomed and support during stay is highly appreciated and over all experience was awesome location,peace,cleaness etc 😊
