This hotel could be a good place to stay if the room was not so dirty and outdated. It's in a really good location. Pool worked for cooling the kids off. Walking in hotel had a good feeling about. It was once we got in the room. It is very outdated. No decorations and the carpet was gross. It had stains all over it. The walls were paper thin, so you are up when your neighbors alarm clock goes off or phone rings. I didn't have any interaction with staff until I checked out. It wasn't a bad interaction but there were not any questions about how my stay was. I was a little bothered by a sign over the phone at the front desk. "How to handle" (then I think it said something about when customers called). I don't think it was probably meant in a negative way, but that wording made me automatically think that customers are a problem. There are definitely better ways for that to be phrased, or better yet not hung on the wall for customers to see at all. I wouldn't totally rule out staying here, but would definitely look for another option.
