Other peoples hair on towels. Washer and dryer didnt work. Gave us a room someone else already had. Breakfast was not stocked very well . Cereal was stale. No milk.

The smoke detector in our room was chirping. At 4:30 in the morning, the front desk clerk found a battery and replaced the one in our room.
