Dirty, cockroaches, broken locks and an uncaring staff. Smelled horrible. Staff could care less. Just disgusting. Room phone didn’t work. Shower was dirty, black marks on towels and to top it off dried dirty toilet paper stuck to the wall

Didn't have any problems with the people checking in or anything and the bed was comfortable but sheets smelled stale, the room smelled bad, looked like dried blood on curtains, shady characters outside.

Room was not cleaned like maid just came in and made the bed and did not replenish towels. Furniture was thrown in the room. Door to room you could not open or close without kicking it. Toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in days.

filthiest place we have ever stayed. roach infested. filthy toilet and hairballs on bathroom floor, microwave was filthy, sheets were stained and had holes in them, roaches were in our bed. we ended up sleeping in our car on the first night of our vacation. worst experience ever !!!!

Check-in was quick, room was cool, BUT the only ice machine broken, no alternative, another client said it had been for a couple days??? NOT ACCEPTABLE!
No cups in the room, seriously ridiculous.
No breakfast food offered, not even bag breakfast. May be back to Days Inn!!

Very disappointed from the my previous visit to a Baymont. Too much competition in this market for these simple fixes.
