I have been in many hotels in the past in many parts of the world including hostels but I must say this is the worst hotel I have been in because of the disrepaIr and the lack of help from the staff including supervisors. 'They advertise wifi but there was none. You have to rent the remote to the tv. I had to ask 2 times to change the bath towels as they didnt change them. We were there for 5 days. The rooms were not maintained properly. There was no hot water. The water in the room had more salt in it than the ocean in front. The food was from fair to horrible with no change of the menu. Many times the desserts or drinks were not there to lack of quantity for the persons there. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Despite its great location the Hotel Blue is as dirty and underkep. The Wi-Fi is NOT free and when you do pay it only works on the first and second floor. The rooms are decent but upon closer inspection there is mildew everwhere. I'm 90% sure there's mold everywhere seeing as the halls are usually wet and the ceiling leaks. Make sure to being sandals as the floor will be puddles of muck during the day wherever you go in the hotel. The public restrooms don't have soap and some lack toilet seat covers. The bathroom in the rooms aren't much better, they soon become a swamp of hair and dirt. They also rarely clean the bathroom so it only gets worse the longer you stay. There is no freshwater and the tap is sea water. The food will give you an upset stomach. You have a choice of 6 items of food that don't really vary and also just plain suck. I find the longer I stay here the dirtier I must become to cope. Have fun sleeping past 8 you will be awakened by blaring music or a staff member on a loudspeaker. The entire expierance makes me regret coming to San Andres. I'm writing this from the second d floor on their Wi-Fi just to spite them.

Horrible place never again, this place is too dirty, disgusting. The travel agency on vacation offer a cheap prices for this super hotel don't try if you want to complain good luck is impossible talk to the manager is never in the hotel, they move the costumer service people every day too many people makes complain about this hotel, humidity is extremely high, in my room I found cracks on the ceiling with a lot of water on the floor and cockroaches in the bathroom and no water in the bathroom,the most horrible place I never been, I love to travel and Colombia has a really beautiful places this people don't care about colombia at all they don't if the tourist come back home with bad memories because a hotel no because the country.

Send my 70 year old mother for a special Mother's Day package booked by on vacation Colombia.
When they arrived there was no rooms available and the staff response was that it was not their problem but the booking agency.
Finally after some arguing back and forward they made her share the same room and the same bed with a lady she has never seen in her life. Being tired she agreed, so needles to say it was the worst time on vacation my mother has ever spend, also the staff was rude rising their voice at her in front of multiple guests when she tried to complain about it, asking if she was too slow too understand.
Beware..

The food was horribly, the location is good, is in a quite place and has a beatiful beach, the services socks terrible services, if you wanna stay here ask for the nine floor rooms they are cleaner and has refrigerator and big closets
